Comprehensive virtual urgent care treating cold/flu symptoms, COVID, UTI, nausea, skin infections, pink eye, work notes, and medication refills. Available for individual visits ($45.98) or affordable monthly plans starting at $55.99, plus family options.

Sara Levin, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, functional medicine, and medical weight loss management. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Family Practice from George Washington University.
As the founder and Medical Director of Vital Path Medicine LLC, Sara specializes in virtual urgent care, concierge medicine, and medical weight loss programs serving patients across Colorado, Iowa, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, and Washington DC.
