No. This platform is designed to be easy and provide concierge accessible care that is affordable for people who do not have insurance, are underinsured or who cannot get an appointment with their PCP.

Is there a refund if you think I need a higher level of care and cannot treat me?

No, there are no refunds if you need to be seen in person secondary to concerning signs or symptoms that you may be experiencing. Medical advice is also a service. Please make sure you read symptoms that CANNOT be treated on this platform.

What Conditions Can Be Treated Through Virtual Urgent Care?

Accepted Answer

Common conditions include cold, flu, cough, sore throat, minor skin conditions like rashes or burns, female urinary tract infections, and allergies. Virtual care is suitable for a range of minor illnesses and injuries.

Can Medications Be Prescribed During a Virtual Visit?

Yes, providers can prescribe medications for many conditions, but they cannot prescribe controlled substances or medications requiring detailed physical assessments.

Can you prescribe narcotic pain medication, controlled sleep aids or anxiety medication?

No. These medications are controlled medications and you will need an in person visit with your primary care provider. Medications like these can  include (but are not limited to) tramadol, hydrocodone, percocet, morphine, dilaudid, lorazepam, xanax, ambien, temazepam etc...Prior to booking your appointment please double check if your medication is a controlled substance.

If my medication cannot be refilled, do I get a refund?

No. Please make sure the medication you are requesting a refill on is not a controlled substance.

What medications can be refilled?

Accepted Answer

Blood pressure medications, cardiac medications that you have been on consistently, some anti-depressants if you have been on them consistently without lapse, thyroid medication, diabetic medication (not for weight loss).

Can I be treated and diagnosed for anxiety, depression, ADHD?

No. Virtual urgent care is not the venue to be seen for a new diagnosis of depression, anxiety, adhd.
